Construction Documents/Permitting/Bidding Full sets of working, detailed, technical construction plans/specifications and permit plans. Coordination with structural engineers, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineers, soils engineers/geologists, surveyors and energy consultants. Assisting clients with contractor selection, competitive bids and permits submittals to Building and Planning Departments.
Construction Administration Acting as client’s advocate during construction. Advising and consulting accordingly, by answering contractor field inquires, preparing necessary supplemental drawings, interpreting technical requirements of the construction documents, and assisting with final product, material, and color selections.
