From Initial Inception to Completion. We’re passionate about our projects. We dedicate our efforts to creating spaces that are works of art, taking cues from the land and climate but first and foremost, creating spaces that are highly tailored to our clients’ needs and lifestyle.

Schematic design/Design development/BIMx

Conceptual designs and thorough lists of project objectives gleaned from clear client dialogues. Helping clients envision spaces through digital media, rendered images, interactive and realistic VR experiences.

Construction Documents/Permitting/Bidding

Full sets of working, detailed, technical construction plans/specifications and permit plans. Coordination with structural engineers, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineers, soils engineers/geologists, surveyors and energy consultants. Assisting clients with contractor selection, competitive bids and permits submittals to Building, Engineering and Planning Departments.

Construction Administration

Acting as client’s advocate during construction. Advising and consulting accordingly. Answering contractor field inquires,  preparing necessary supplemental drawings, interpreting technical requirements of the construction documents, and assisting with final product, material, and color selections.
